What are the key differences for me:
In the meantime Feiyu Vimble C got a bit cheaper price tag compared to Zhiyun Smooth Q, so later has to have a bit more to offer. And Zhiyun Smooth Q does: it allows 360° rotation on the pan axis, which is convenient when using it with an action camera, as you can adjust your gimbal that the cam is pointing forward, while the joystick and buttons are facing you. Additionally SmoothQ offers a longer battery runtime, is splash proof and offers a bit higher payload. You also don’t need any other equipment – foam pieces – to mount the action camera.
